This environmental policy has been developed with consideration to the company's activities, site location and within the SignFab (UK) Ltd scope of practice.
SignFab (UK) Ltd are committed to ensuring that the necessary expertise to adopt and follow an environmental management system is available throughout the company, and any training which is required is obtained and proved beneficial to the business.
SignFab (UK) Ltd will provide relevant information regarding environmental performance to our employees, the local community, the appropriate authorities (Environmental Agency) and other interested parties.
In particular Signfab (UK) Ltd shall:
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements and any other requirements to which Signfab (UK) Ltd subscribes to and related to its environmental aspects.
- We shall minimize the environmental impacts of new and existing products, processes and services by considering the effects of the environmental issues at the design stages.
- Strive for environmental excellence
- Be committed to the prevention of pollution to the air, water, and land by reducing waste and the consumption of resources (material, fuels, energy) and to adopt a recycling system for cardboard and plastics.
- Continually improve our activities in respect to any significant environmental aspects.
- Set and review realistic objectives and targets regularly.
- Communicate environmental awareness and responsibilities to all Employees through development and use of appropriate training programmes.
- Develop and maintain open relationships with customers, suppliers and authorities and to be a good neighbour to local businesses and the residential community.

To show full commitment Signfab (UK) Ltd will as a matter of course seek 3rd party accreditation from an independent accreditation body for our Environmental Policies.
