CAD
A dedicated team of Cad operators with many years of experience in Signage, are here to act as client support and to ensure that our clients receive a complete service by checking artwork and converting the information to working drawings for producing the best quality signs
Digital Printing and Vinyl Lettering
Coupled with a wide format printer and a bank of wide format plotters and up to date software means we can handle the customers work effectively and efficiently
Machine Room
Two AXYZ 6010 router beds and a Amada Alpha 4KW Hybrid Laser we have the capability to cut most materials used in the sign trade effectively and coupled with our experienced trained staff we can produce your products to the high standard which is expected in today’s market.
Letter Department
Signfab (UK) Ltd have the biggest letter fabrication department in the UK, able to produce high volume and small orders to very short lead times.
Metal Shop
Incorporates skilled trained fabricators within the sign industry, using the latest technology in welding equipment and a Safan 4 metre CNC Break Press for forming, coupling this with our 2.5 metre power rollers and a large structure mild steel fabrication area, Signfab (UK) Ltd have the ability to fabricate all our customers requirements to a very high standard.
The Vixen (pre - Treatment System)
Signfab (UK) Ltd boasts the largest custom built Vixen Phosphate wash in the UK, at 6 metres internal length it is an impressive piece of equipment that utilizes the most up to date organic technology.
Paint
The paint shop holds a large stock of powder paints and to compliment this, a full wet mixing scheme, enabling us to paint any standard BS, Pantone or Ral colour giving Signfab (UK) Ltd the ability to match any colour our customers require. A 12 metre wet back powder booth and a stand alone wet booth ensure we can handle any variation of colour and size of material up to 6 metres in length.
Assembly
A dedicated team of experienced sign assemblers make sure the product is assembled correctly and that all our quality procedures are adhered to, to produce a high quality standard of finished product, all LED Illumination is IP66 rated transformer power supplies and IP67 rated LED modules. All our standard fixings are anti corrosive - we do not supply mild steel or plated fixings.
Installation
Signfab (UK) Ltd offer a full confidential comprehensive nationwide installation service, all our vehicles and personnel are plain cover and all our operators are fully trained and certificated for all site circumstances.
