In the current climate, we need to not only consolidate our leading position, but also continue to drive forward and offer further improved products and services to existing and new cutomers.

We have continued to expand and increase our efficiencies with numerous recent investments in equipment (including the very latest laser technology, full colour printer, new spray/powder paint booths, internal paint mixing system and the lastest in pre-treatment phosphate and degreasing unit).  Additionally;

  • Additional mezzanine floor space has been added and revised shop floor layouts to increase efficiency and volume of throughput.
  • Changes have been made in quoting/order processing procedures, and additional staff employed to improve speed and quality of communications to customers.
  • We have improved our production planning and communications procedure, so clients are informed of when goods can be collected or delivered.
  • Internal stock controls and material distribution procedure implemented.
  • All illuminated signs are PAT tested, labelled and certificates produced and held on file.
  • Paint sample plates are produced for every job and are held on file for future reference.
  • Final quality inspection procedures have been implimented.
  • All signage leaving SignFab (UK) Ltd are supplied with a full check list of components (including drawings, fixings and touch up for all painted surfaces).
  • Free delivery to customers works, via our sprinter van shuttle service (mainland England only)
  • We offer a full confidential installation service to clients who may need assistance .
