Fabricated Flex Face & Illuminated Sign Boxes

SignFab (UK) Ltd are proud to launch our partnership with SignComp UK ™ that enables us to fabricate their range of extrusions and components for lightboxes and flexible faced ‘Econoflex’ signs.  This exciting new partnership is considered a key part of our development strategy and enables us to offer a comprehensive range of signage solutions, under one roof.

Announced in the June edition of Sign Update, SignComp’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Guy Wells wrote “…we have visited many companies over the last year but we were particularly impressed by SignFab (UK)’s leading manufacturing capability.  We are very excited about this partnership.  They have extremely skilled staff and we know that every installation will be a good advertisement for our product”.

       We use skilled craftsmen to manufacture your illuminated boxes              and flex cases to exacting standards in our 35,000 sq ft                        manufacturing plant here in Leicester.

             We can manufacture to most shapes and sizes.  Here we               we are making a rectangular case with radius corners.

 The corners and joins in the extrusion are welded for strength,    and the backing panel put into place.  At each stage of the manufacture  process your signs are quality checked.                   

  The box is then prepared for powder coating.  It is cleaned and   degreased in our Vixen pre-treatment plant and then finally it   passes through our powder coating workshop where it is coated to your choice of RAL/BS colour in either matt, satin or gloss finish.

   Finally in our assembly area, your sign has it’s illumination installed     (either fluorescent gear trays or our new range of BaltLED’s), tested and then quality marked before it’s delivered to you in our own vehicles. SignFab (UK) are rapidly developing our product portfolio and manufacturing         techniques.  With a major capital investment programme ahead and continued       product enhancement, we are concentrating on providing products that help you win   more business.  In addition, we’ll be adding valuable information to our website to   enable you to sell and install the product easier, and maximiseyour return on sales.
